Do not fear Upstate New York! We are here. We had indeed disappeared. For nearly a week. For those of you whom always check this website daily or weekly, even in the off season, you probably noticed and it got your attention. Trust me, it got our attention too! The issues we needed to straighten out, got straightened out, and we are back on LIVE! It figures that this is happening on (what could be) the last warmest day of the 2025 season. We don’t know if we will be able to hold temperatures out of the mid to upper 80’s after today for another 6 weeks (which is about what we would need to make it indeed for good for the season (early October). What we will tell you is that after today, for sure the next 10-14 days, temperatures will certainly be in the 60s and 70s each day. Only a rare day or two might break 80.
After a hotter than normal summer with many days in the 90s, the most we have had in many years, what follows for the winter? WHY YOU ASKING US? Oh yeah, we are supposed to ACCURATELY KNOW! Well we can say several reliable sources are pointing towards and old fashioned winter. Other sources are pointing towards not as much snow and cold. We will see who is ultimately right. The Farmer’s Almanac and The Old Farmer’s Almanac have released their pinpoint early forecasts which have Upstate NY getting SLAMMED!
But it’s August right now. When is my next tee time?
Seriously ENJOY THE REST OF SUMMER AND THE FALL. Enjoy Labor Day Weekend coming up. Enjoy Snow Bash coming up four weeks from today (which we are telling you, we are still working on a way to get up there and be LIVE on site for that. It would be AMAZING!). Enjoy the Big East Powersports Show six weeks from today in Syracuse. And enjoy your first snows in October or early November. Definitely hoping for October. We will be with you every step of the way.
